Located in the rich land of Gujarat, we are a private limited company incorporated in the year 1991. Endowed with a warm climate and rich, well-drained soil, the central Gujarat region is one of the country’s optimum places for cultivating premium quality tobacco. And, for this very reason, we established the Borsad Tobacco Company in the state known for its high quality of tobacco across the globe.

At Borsad Tobacco Company, we procure the highest grades of tobacco leaves based on their basic richness and natural sweetness from local agents and farmers. We follow a strict quality policy to ensure only the best raw ingredients are aggregated, processed in optimal conditions so that the final product retains the finest flavor. All our raw products like Kala Chopadia, Lal Chopadia, Calcutti, Calcutti Chopadia & Bhukka consists of 60-70% Lamina (Patti). Some tobacco products are made with mixture of chuna (lime water) and other ingredients. We have also successfully ventured into the production of organic fertilizer under the brand name “Greenwich”.

To ensure premier level curing and processing of the tobacco leaves, the Borsad Tobacco Company has established four state-of-the-art factories located at Borsad, Kasari, Khanpur and GIDC Vasna in Dist Anand, Gujarat. Spread over an area of more than 35,000 sq mt, these factories have a combined production capacity of over 800 MT per month. We have also set-up a laboratory to monitor the tobacco at all stages.

Today, over 500 employees and more than 5000 farmers are associated with the Borsad Tobacco Company. We are growing swiftly and aim to expand our operations in the future.
